Starbucks Coffee Company

This location just doesn’t seem to ever get orders right. I ordered a hot Venti caramel macchiato with an extra shot at the drive thru. I opened the cup and it was only half full. I have only been to this location a few times because it’s convenient and only a few blocks from home, but each of those times my order has been incorrect. I most certainly will not stop at this location again.

Ordered 15 minutes in advance, for one singular drink as one drink was ready. As I’m waiting patiently the employees are YELLING at eachother and arguing. Berating eachother while customers are waiting. It wasn’t even busy & i ordered online and ahead. when I asked, the girl with the mask and glasses gave me a bad attitude and then i got to sit and watch my one drink melt while i wait for another one. It took 15 minutes longer than what it should have. This is exactly why dunkin down the street is better. maybe if we spent more time working and not arguing yall would get somewhere!

My order is quite simple: a tall black dark roast coffee. Nevertheless I had an opportunity to have a short conversation with the barista about whether or not the double cup and my insistence on reusing my sleeves from previous visits.

I love the new coffee machines because every cup is made fresh. Sandwiches are great. I'm a small minority of their customers who still drinks simple black coffee. It's very nice and very clean and the people there are fun to chat with. I rated it as a five among Starbucks. If I compared it to top great independent coffee shops, it would be more like a three... Starbucks can't compete with the atmosphere of an independent neighborhood shop.

3 times in a row this week i’ve ordered a mobile order before even leaving my house, arrived to have NO OTHER PEOPLE in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive thru and still waited 10 minutes after driving there and arriving for drinks and the drinks are wrong. ordered brown sugar cold foam and got regular vanilla, 2 out of 3 times. they do a lot of standing around and talking while the ticket is sitting there. people order ahead on their way to work so they can make it to work on time, not so they can be at the liberty of the employees gossip session. pictured: not one person in the lobby at 6:30 AM.
